While I understand that you want to get subscriptions for a whole year and renew those subscriptions annually, I would prefer to have an invoice at the end of the year, so that I could decide if I wanted to continue using your service or not. Excellent Service
I did the 30 day trial period and was very satisfied with the process.I used the product for about 10 different documents within a 2 day period. I forgot about the trial period and was charged for an annual subscription and was emailed the confirmation. I went online and requested to cancel the subscription due to not needing the product and received the cancellation with 5 minutes, very satisfied.

I have been able to access ALL the forms necessary for my business without error. I love the "fillable" aspect of it and just how easy it is to do it!!!

So far, so good. Does as it claims to.Some of the functions e.g. merge could have more accessible controls (you have to gone into a few menus), but when found they do their job well.Maximum document size is 25Mb so if you have a bigger document you have to use another online splitter and go from there. Don't really see why that functionality could be integrated though.
