Pretty easy to use...so far.

Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! My Favorite PDF Signing Software
I've been using PdfFiller for many years and I've gotten used to the interface and so to me, it's pretty easy to use, but I've dabbled with other online document signing software and I admit those are pretty easy to use.
Some of its competitors seems to have pretty user friendly interfaces.

Good for business
Works well most of the time with only about 5% of customers having difficulty signing documents. Plan to keep using
PDFFILLER does everything I need it to do for my business: quick edits, templates and storage.
Some workflow improvements could be made to save clicks and therefore time. Would like more flexibility to send templatized emails

Stress free
I am able to get many projects done quicker and more efficiently with the use of PDFfiller. I enjoy the benefit of multiple different ways to finalize the project, send for signatures, print, email, save, etc.
I love that this software is simple to use and I don't feel I need training to use it. Almost all the functions this software has is what I need to complete task in my professional role.
I wish there were ways to combine documents, or if there is, making it easier to do so.

Best customer service ever
Best customer service ever! I accidentally signed for a year and it cost me an amount of money I can't afford (it doesn't seem much, but when your local currency is way behind USD, it greatly hurts your wallet). After reaching Rachel on pdfFiller's customer service team, they not only refunded me but also waived a month of free access. I couldn't be happier of using it! Recommending it to all my friends, from now on!
