Great, no complaints
I like the fact that applications, forms, questionnaires can all be completed using this. The forms are neat, legible and can be saved.

I love the concept. This pdfFiller was extremely helpful with the form I needed to use. Much more than the IRS website. I would recommend this company working with them for more accuracy on the forms. I understood my document much better with the step by step process.

The integration from the link in the email to the app on my phone. For some reason, there is a disconnect.

If you have customizations and processes you wish to conform E-signature function in your documents, PDF Filler is a great tool. Great for contract-heavy and approval-required documents for our business. Great for folks who have medium to advanced level of word processing abilities and technical capabilities with graphic apps. If that's you, you will be a quick study. If you find it dificult to work in a Word document or Powerpoint or other types of programs, this app will have a learning curve for you.

Easy PDF
PDF filler is undoubtedly among the best software I have used for manipulating PDF documents. Easy to use, it offers many features and is less expensive than other software competitors. The only real flaw in my opinion is the lack of clarity about the free trial. The user can modify his document and only when downloading it he is asked to register with a payment method. This can be confusing and irritating if you don't know it beforehand.

Useful for filling out applications.
Its been so useful for applications that I'd otherwise have to write by hand. I have arthritis and writing information in tiny spaces is painful and there's never enough room for the answer. This has solved this problem.

Can a loan be denied after approval?
You can certainly be denied for a mortgage loan after being pre-approved for it. The main difference between pre-qualification and pre-approval has to do with the level of scrutiny -- not the level of certainty. When a lender pre-qualifies you for a loan, they just take a quick look at your financial situation.
Can a loan be denied after closing?
After Closing Although it's rare, it is even possible for your lender to pull a refinancing loan after closing. Technically, your loan doesn't actually fund during the rescission period, so the lender could decide to not send the money. If you aren't in some form of default, though, this would be a breach of contract.
Can loan be denied after clear to close?
Bottom line, yes, your loan can be denied after a 'clear to close. ' It's up to you to keep everything the same that is within your control to ensure that you still have the loan you want.
Can lender pull credit after closing?
In most cases the lender who will be funding the loan will pull credit (HP) just prior to funding. They are not concerned with your credit picture after closing. However, any lender can pull your credit again at any time.
What does it mean when your loan is cleared to close?
”Clear to close” is one of the final stages before your loan is funded. When you are clear to close, this means the underwriter has reviewed and approved all necessary documents, and you've passed with flying colors. In other words, the mortgage lender is ready to close on your loan.
Does preapproval guarantee a loan?
Pre-approval is not a commitment to lend you money. Nor is it a guarantee from the lender. It is simply the lender's way of saying they will likely approve you for a certain amount, as long as you clear the underwriting process with all of its checkpoints and requirements.
Can you be denied a loan after preapproval?
When you get pre-approved by a mortgage lender, they will start gathering a variety of financial documents. But the pre-approval is not a guarantee. Therefore, it's possible to be denied for a mortgage even after you've been pre-approved.
Does preapproval guarantee a personal loan?
