Had some trouble with billing and the customer service was right on it and took care of the problem. Software is good and being able to access various pre-made docs is very nice.

It's not as easy to follow as you think it is. For example, Save As is a command that most of us think as a file name, not application such as PDF or Docx. I now have to go back and find the document, add the signature and then, change the name of the file, somehow from the template to a specific client's file.

Need to fill out forms electronically
Need to fill out forms electronically, avoiding hand written forms that ulitmately creates errors and makes your efforts for not. Love this company helped in a pinch and was such a useful easy tool to use, I recommend it.

A bit difficult to navigate…
A bit difficult to navigate through/enter updates unless you use this on a regular basis. Once the memory kicks in, it's a GREAT tool for making easy changes/adding necessary information.

What do you like best?
The ability to import work documents into PDF Filler has made my life seamless.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I dislike is that I didn’t find PDF Filler earlier.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I’ve realized that integration of documents and the ability to remotely edit them is a skill I didn’t necessarily realize I needed. PDF Filler has allowed me to learn and new skill while at the same time complete my work more efficiently.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

How do I change the comment name in Excel?
At the top left of the Excel window, click the File tab. Click Options, and in the Options window, click the General category. Scroll down to the section, “Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office” Delete the existing Username, and type a new entry. Click OK.
How do I change the default comment format in Excel?
Change default comment format. Place the cursor on a blank place of the desktop and right click to open context menu and click Personalize. Click Window Color button on the bottom of the dialog. Then click Advanced appearance settings to enter Window Color and Appearance dialog.
How do I remove the author from track changes?
Open a Word doc, turn on track changes and make some edits. Save the document. Under File, Info, click the Check for Issues Drop. Choose to Inspect Document. By Document Properties and Personal Info, click Remove All.
