I was disappointed that the orm did not perform the calculations called for - I had to do them off line on a calculator. Did I miss something? Type size was very small and I did not know how to change it.

learning was difficult at first, your how to video's are too fast for a 74 year old to absorb, but hands on usage got me going in the end. I had to enter an enormous amount of text in my PDF form, but the ability to resize text boxes was a boon. Thanks, Bob Harrison

I find that using your program is easy to navigate and looks professional when completed.
I find that using your program is rather easy to navigate. The only issue that I have had is when I try to print a document, there have been quite a few times that it will download to 63% and then gets stuck there. I have to close the document and try again....sometimes several times until I can print it. Besides that, it has been great!

My only knock is the price
My only knock is the price, for a small business this is an unique tool to have to save money getting documents done over etc. If the cost was not out of my price range, for the amount of time i use it i would definitely purchase.

Great Customer Service
I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named Anna was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! I very much appreciate this company's customer service. I will definitely use them in the future! :)

pdfFiller served my needs today. All I wanted is to be able to edit/remove account numbers from a PDF file. The experience was user friendly and cost effective.

Do I need an electrician to change an outlet?
Yes, it would allow you to plug in those three-pronged plugs, but it won't magically turn it into a grounded outlet. For that, you need an electrician. When it comes to replacing the outlet, the procedure is pretty simple. Pull the outlet and wires out from the wall enough that you have space to work.
How does a cut-out tool work?
A cutout tool is bigger, heavier and designed for tougher jobs such as removing grout or cutting drywall. A rotary tool is small, lighter and can be held like a pencil. A rotary tool is used for finer projects such as stenciling, sanding in light places or polishing.
