trying to find the right form that was not already filled out. Also you need to add the ability to erase to the lowest membership level. You can do a couple of things such as restrict the number of new forms per month, offer a 1-5 form only fee, or only a 1 month membership fee. In the past 3 years I've used this service only twice now as I am not a business.

I am very impressed at the features, especially being able to combine pdf files and edit files. I find navigating to and from the 'My Forms' area a bit clunky. The 'save as' feature takes forever to achieve, too many steps for a file that is already created. For my business, it would be a huge benefit to be able to print out a confirmation page when my faxes have been sent and received. I like to keep such confirmations with the files as proof. All in all, I love the program and am thankful for such a convenient and manageable product.

Great Customer Service I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named Anna was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! I apparently didn't understand the subscription options either, like other reviewers. But after seeing unexpected charges on my CC statement I contacted them and they immediately reversed the charges. Efficient, professional, no problem. I think the subscription charges/contracts could be clearer, but on the other hand I was moving pretty fast so maybe it was my error solely. Anyway, no harm no foul. The product itself worked fine. I have no comparison so all I can say is it functions and got my job done.
