So far so good... I could not find anything that said I have to pay AFTER I filled out a form. After I informed PDF of this situation they said I should have found it here and there. You need some front end GUI. "What do you want to do?" "Create a brand new form from scratch?" "Make a PDF form fillable for your business?" etc.... I got the service and deleted my subscription only to play with it a little more and see the tiny, green side button that allows one to make the form fillable and then I realized this was a service I wanted. You are not demonstrating or advertising the best feature from the get-go.

It's incredibly easy to use! I *love* that I don't have to print this stuff out and fill it in by hand anymore. And making edits to what I do is super easy too! I'm so glad I found this website!

The ability to create drop down boxes. Easy to make changes.

Unable to copy and paste drop down boxes, and would prefer that the drop down menu goes away after making a selection.

This is great to be able to complete a form while out of the office as well as to keep the office green.
The only drawback is that sometimes the area that you "filling" does not line up. Not really that big of deal though.

Try Them Out
Give the trial period a go, you’ll be fully exposed to the functionality of the site. Customer support is communicative and relatively fast. The site wasn’t a fit for my personal needs, but the things that it did do, it does well. Reasonably priced also if you find yourself constantly editing PDFs.

Ryan was extremely patient and persistent to solve the issue
Ryan was beyond patient with me to solve my issue. I really felt like he was determined to have me understand the instructions he was giving me towards the solution. He used a few of approaches. One of which was sending me a visual with arrows.....That worked!!!! His patience and persistence is refreshing and truly appreciated.

It does what it is supposed to do
It does what it is supposed to do. I don't like having to put the 4 digit code in.....maybe that is just for trial??? Easier than Adobe.
