Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Step One: Mark the tree. First thing is to mark your tree. Step Two: Cutting into the tree. When you first cut into the tree, don't go horizontal, doing this may cause the chainsaw to bounce off. Step Three: Cut ¾ of the way down. Step Four: Roll it. Step Five: Finish the cut.
If the trunk is on a surface which permits the use of a chainsaw, such as on firm ground in the forest or the garden lawn, you can cut the trunk to length where it is. However, before you start sawing, make sure that the trunk cannot roll away. Use wedges or small pieces of wood to hold it in place if necessary.

Crosscut. You can use a crosscut saw. Hand Saw. A standard handsaw is very much like a crosscut saw, but it is more suited to one-handed operation. Bow Saw. The bow saw is a bow-shaped frame saw. Folding Saw. Wire Saw. Axe. Breaking by Hand. Smaller Electric Saws.
You will need a strong chainsaw with long blades to cut through nicely. However, when working on logs, slightly raise them off the ground as you want to avoid cutting through the soil. To avoid any messy shape, cut through vertically and avoid cutting through an angle.
