Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

Sign your name on a blank sheet of printer paper. Scan the paper to PDF. Press the Print Screen button on your keyboard. Open Microsoft Paint. Press Ctrl + v on your keyboard to paste the screenshot from step 3. Click the select tool in Paint.
Click the Web Apps link. Scroll down until you see an option called Pixar Editor and click Launch Web App. Click Open Image From Computer. Browse to your signature and open it. On the left you'll see tools. Select the third one down in the left column: Magic Wand. On the toolbar above the image, set Tolerance to about 20.
Step 1: Insert Image. Open Microsoft Word. Click on Insert tab. Step 2: Format Picture menu. Click on Corrections on the top left. Step 3: Remove Signature background. Adjust the image brightness, contrast and sharpness.
Go to Design > Page Color. Select No Color.
Click and select the signature image object in the document. When correctly selected, Word displays handle dots in each corner and along the sides of the image object. Click the Format tab in the main menu ribbon. Click the Crop button with the image icon in the Size tools group.
