Cut Quantity Title: easy document editing

The Portable Document Format or PDF is a common file format used in business, thanks to the accessibility. You can open them on any device, and they'll be readable and writable the same way. You can open it on any computer or smartphone running any OS — it'll appear exactly the same.

Security is another reason we would rather use PDF files for storing and sharing personal information and documents. That’s why it is essential to find a secure editor for working online. PDF files are not only password-protected, but analytics provided by an editing service, which allows document owners to identify those who’ve opened their documents and track any and all potential security breaches.

pdfFiller is an online document creating and editing tool that allows to create, modify, sign, and send PDF using just one browser window. Convert an MS Word file or a Google Sheet and start editing it and create fillable fields to make a document singable. Once you’ve finished editing a document, send it to recipients to complete and get a notification when they're done.

Use editing tools such as typing text, annotating, blacking out and highlighting. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud. Add images into your PDF and edit its appearance. Collaborate with users to fill out the document. Add fillable fields and send for signing. Change a document’s page order.

It is convenient, ensures legibility and a professional appearance, and is easy to use. I have used it only for basic functions - i.e. filling in blank lines. I still need to explore what else it can do.

For each section line the cut area and the fill area is determined. The volume between two sections is determined as the average area of the two sections multiplied by the distance between them. By adding together the volumes between all the sections the total cut and fill volumes are obtained.

A cut-and-fill operation is a procedure in which the elevation of a surface is modified by the removal or addition of surface material. The Cut/Fill tool summarizes the areas and volumes of change from a cut-and-fill operation.
This method involves drawing horizontal and vertical lines over your site plan to divide it into grid cells of equal size. You then include the existing elevation and proposed elevation for each corner of the grid cells, and work out the difference between the two, as this will be cut or fill depth for that spot.
For each section line the cut area and the fill area is determined. The volume between two sections is determined as the average area of the two sections multiplied by the distance between them. By adding together the volumes between all the sections the total cut and fill volumes are obtained.
For each grid cell, calculate the total cut or fill volume by multiplying the average cut or fill depth by the area of the grid cell. (To determine the area of the grid cell, multiply the length of one horizontal side by the length of one vertical side).
In earth moving, cut and fill is the process of constructing a railway, road or canal whereby the amount of material from cuts roughly matches the amount of fill needed to make nearby embankments, so minimizing the amount of construction labor.
Cut/Slope means any slope greater than 60% or man-made contour that exposes the vertical soil profile. Cuts and slopes require a 5-foot horizontal setback for every 1 foot of vertical height to any dispersal system.
