I needed a form and you were able to supply it. The problem is that I only needed that one form and would be unlikely to use this service frequently enough for the fees to be worth it for me. I think this could be a very valuable service for those who would be in a place to make use of it.

I thought it was great & easy to use. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was I would have liked to have known I had to buy a subscription before I could print my document. I probably won't need to use it again in the foreseeable future.

Petroleum Jelly: Applying a layer of petroleum jelly over a paper cut will coat it to prevent irritants from entering it, and it will soothe the skin. Lip Balm: A wax-based lip balm will slow a paper cut's bleeding and help relieve pain by preventing air from irritating open nerves.
Covering the cut will stop that from happening and cause the pain to cease. Protected, the wound should heal within a day or two, leaving you ready to tackle future paper capers.
Most scrapes heal well with home treatment and do not scar. Minor scrapes may be uncomfortable, but they usually heal within 3 to 7 days. The larger and deeper the scrape, the longer it will take to heal. A large, deep scrape may take up to 1 to 2 weeks or longer to heal.
One major reason paper cuts hurt so much is their usual location: your fingertips. When you get a paper cut, the paper slices through these nerve fibers, resulting in many pain signals being sent to your brain.
As soon as the paper cuts into the cells of your skin, your body springs into action. First, blood cells called platelets join together at the paper cut and form a clot to stop the bleeding. The platelets then release chemicals called cytokines into your bloodstream.
The most common way to treat a paper cut is to wash it with mild soap and lukewarm water, apply an antibacterial cream and cover it with a band-aid to prevent dirt and germs from entering the cut.
Avoid paper at ALL costs. If you need to come into contact with paper, wear goggles and gloves at all times. In the emergency event of a paper cut, apply bandage IMMEDIATELY or risk losing multiple limbs.
The problem arises when there's enough pressure on the paper to cut the skin. Most commonly, paper cuts are caused by sheets of paper that are bundled together with one sheet being dislodged from the rest. The other sheets hold the loose one in position, causing it to act like a razor blade and slice your skin. Ouch.
