I'm learning it slowly. You cannot merge files in the app on ios. I need that. There are also a few hic-ups. Sometimes after a signature the screen gets disoriented and you have to go back to documents list and reopen. Sometimes after reopening some of the modifications are gone and you must re-enter. Some of these issues may be due to not being connected to internet. Overall it has helped me go paperless and I'm getting faster at filling out my documents using it. A few tweeks and it will be awesome.

Nice service, but entering in text into some of the fields can result in wonky formatting if more text than can be displayed is entered. And it's not easy to re-visit the fields and edit/shorten the text.

This software has solved many problems for a few clients, well done.
Being able to host the forms online for anyone to fill out, which is something that I couldn't find with any other software.
No way to remove the flow of fields, you are just able to move the order around, which is very annoying as well.

"My Blessing"
I was drawn to the site which offered thirty day sampling with no cost doing so. Very impress with the ease of functionally of the system, not being that verse on this type of technology.
It was fairly simple figuring it out, my one time project was successful. Many of my fellow parishioners was impress not only with the information but the presentation the online template allowed.

How do you give blood consent?
Give all the necessary information on the donation process and the related tests that will be performed, including: The donation process and potential adverse donor reactions. The laboratory tests to be performed (TTI, blood group serology and other) on the donated blood. Information on confidential unit exclusion.
What is the blood pressure cut off for donation?
Acceptable as long as your blood pressure is below 180 systolic (first number) and below 100 diastolic (second number) at the time of donation. Medications for high blood pressure do not disqualify you from donating.
Can you donate blood if your blood pressure is 140 90?
If blood pressure is used as a selection criterion for blood donation, arbitrary acceptable limits of systolic BP of 100–140 mmHg and arbitrary acceptable limits of diastolic BP of 60–90 mmHg are suggested.
Why can't diabetics donate blood?
The effect of blood donations on insulin levels is considered a risk to the donor's health. Because of this, people who are dependent on insulin are not permitted to give blood. You also can't give blood during pregnancy or if you have diabetes complications. This includes kidney problems, nerve damage or amputation.
Why can't females donate platelets?
HLA antibodies can develop after being pregnant; they aren't normally harmful to the person who acquires them, but they can be harmful for a patient who receives a platelet or plasma transfusion. Female donors found to be negative for HLA will be eligible to donate platelets.
What is the cut off value for blood pressure?
The systolic/diastolic blood pressure (SBP/DBP) range can vary depending on age, but the normal ranges are 90-120/60-80 mmHg for SBP/DBP. [299, 300] The velocity of normal human blood flow, which can be measured by 4D flow MRI, varies with age, cardiac output, and anatomical site.
Does high blood pressure disqualify you from donating plasma?
Those diagnosed with a serious or chronic illness–like high blood pressure, epilepsy, HIV/AIDS, or a primary immunodeficiency (PI)–are not eligible to donate plasma. Those who have high blood pressure would need to be tested to see what their current blood pressure is at the time of donating.
What is the new blood pressure cut off?
The new American guidelines suggest the new cut off of 130/80, instead of 140/90, to start treating high blood pressure with lifestyle changes and medication. Stage 1 hypertension now is 130/80, while 140/90 becomes Stage 2 under the new guidelines.
