What do you like best?
Allows unlimited potential to edit virtually any document and send it electronically or conventionally. This software is a time saver/life saver.
What do you dislike?
The drawback. The Eraser tool. This tool could use some work as far as the shape of the tool. The option to be circular as well as the normal shape would be of great assistance when editing. A competitor of yours, sorry to mention uses an eraser too that is amazing and I have thought of switching simply for access to the editing qualities of that software. It allows for the one time purchase of their software and I would not pay monthly fees to maintain it either.

The editor allows our office to clean up and mark up documents received in our office such as lease agreements or forms attached to a policy which either enhance or negatively impact the clients coverage from year to year. Can be a simple way to fill out documents. I can fill out a document pretty fast. Its functions are easy to understand. Overall it is easy and anyone can use it even if they are not tech savvy. I don't like how I can't control the fonts and the font size. It automatically selects the font size and sometimes it can not be changed.

What do you like best? User friendly. Can do anything I really need, from editing pdfs, splitting up and saving parts of documents, signed documents, etc. What do you dislike? The sign in page can be a bit wonky and hard to see if you're signed in. If you've been signed out and start uploading it puts you into the trial mode, and once you figure out whats going on you have to start over. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Signing documents is really important for me, which is the biggest benefit. But the ability to edit and fill out pdf documents has been wonderful as well.
