I accidentally left my subscription running for 3 months after just using the free trial for 1 PDF edit.
After 1 email they refunded all 3 payments without making me jump through hoops.

I'm trying to setup guardianship for my Grand Children. Form completion worked well. Problem arose when I had to setup the second child. What's needed is the ability to have the app assign the file name.

The learning curve is not too steep. I'd feel more confident with it, if there was a way to save the document other than clicking DONE which closes it....it's better than the government forms I've hassled with!

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

It's great. Not as good as adobe in the areas of text replacement or image addition. It is also not as sophisticated for selection mechanisms. If you need to fill in documents or create PDFs this is a solid application that can do the stuff that you will need quickly and cheaply.

What does it mean if you are on the deed of a house?
The title refers to the legal right to access a property and transfer its ownership interest to another party. You can have either a full or partial interest in a property. But you can never transfer more than you actually own to another person. A house deed, on the other hand, provides proof of property ownership.
What is the difference between the title and the deed of a house?
