Deal With Paper: full-featured PDF editor

When moving your work flow online, it's important to have the right PDF editor that meets your needs.

All the most widely used document formats can be easily converted into PDF. This makes creating and sharing most of them easy. You can also create just one PDF file to replace multiple documents of different formats. It allows you to create presentations and reports which are both comprehensive and easy to read.

There are many solutions allowing you to edit PDFs, but there are only a few to cover all use cases at a reasonable price.

Use pdfFiller to annotate documents, edit and convert into many other file formats; fill them out and put a digital signature, or send to other users. All you need is a web browser. You don’t need to download or install any programs.

To modify PDF form you need to:

01
Drag and drop a document from your device.
02
Upload a document from your cloud storage (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, One Drive and others).
03
Browse the Legal library.
04
Open the Enter URL tab and insert the path to your file.
05
Search for the form you need from the catalog.

Once the document is uploaded, it’s saved in the cloud and can be found in the “My Documents” folder.

Use editing features to type in text, annotate and highlight. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud. Add images into your PDF and edit its layout. Collaborate with people to fill out the document. Add fillable fields and send documents to sign. Change a page order.

I have yet to use the on-line features. Still deciding if I want HIPPA files out there. I don't know where your servers are located, but if they are outside of the US then I'm concerned about where and what the privacy laws of the "domain" country are. I ran into this issue years ago setting up some legal files. All servers were required to be located within the US.

If you soak your documents in water, you'll typically render them impossible to read. You can rip them up a little, drop them in a bucket or a trash bag, and just set the hose on them. They will become so soggy that they'll stick together and fall apart if you pick them up.
