I need to be able to attach photos to the document, but don't see how to do this. It shows how to upload photos to the form, but the pictures cover the form. I need a seperate page for photos to merge them.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Contacts app. Tap the contact you want to delete. At the top right, tap More. Delete. Tap Delete again.
Step 1: Launch Settings app on your iPhone and tap your Apple ID (sign in if you haven't already). Step 2: Now navigate to iCloud and turn off the Contacts option. Once you do this, a deletion message will appear telling you that the contacts on your iPhone will be deleted. Step 3: Select Delete from My iPhone option.
Delete a contact completely: Select the contact in the Contacts list, press the Delete key, then click Delete. Delete a contact from a group: Click the group on the left, select the contact, then press the Delete key. Deleting a contact from a group removes it from that group only.
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Contacts app. Tap the contact you want to delete. At the top right, tap More. Delete. Tap Delete again.
Step #1. Go to the Messages app and tap on the New Message icon. Step #2. In the recipient field, tap the name of the recently-deleted contact (or a part of the number) Step #3. When the contact shows up in the list, you should see a blue 'i' icon right next to the contact you just deleted. Step #4.
Press the “Contacts” or “Address Book” icon. Scroll through the list and highlight the contact you want to delete. Tap the “Menu” key and select “Delete Contact” or a similarly named option. Some cell phones will prompt you to confirm the deletion.
Scroll through the list and find the specific entry you want to delete. Right-click the name and select “Delete.” Right-click the name of the address book on the left side of the screen and choose “Delete” if you want to remove all the entries.
Contacts do not delete themselves. Blocking you would not cause the contact to be deleted. IF you are syncing your contacts with Facebook, and that person has unfriended you and blocked you on Facebook, it's conceivable that the contact information was removed from your Facebook account and thus, from your phone.
