I found the system complicated for someone not very experienced with computers. I still do not know how to find, on your system, the forms that I have completed. Where are they? How do I save them to my computer? I will keep working to find the answers.

Customer support was top notch. They resolved my print issues with my form. The reason I did not give it 5 stars and would not recommend is that I Googled for a form to fill out for a US Passport. I didn't expect to find one i could fill in on line. What was not apparent was that ONLY AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES FILLING OUT THE FORM did I find out I had to pay $20 to print, save, fax, email or share the form. Customer service was great, but did not want to sign up for a monthly pdf service or pay $20 for 1 form.

I have used IRS form like 1099 and 1096 and other forms.
Easy to move PDF and update. Also I can save filled PDF to my folder. I really like the filled and sign.

having being able to come to this website , find the court document i need , and fill it out all at the same time has been life changing for me lately. i am able to clearly see what's written, understand it more, and also once i'm done implementing my information i can print however many copies i need without leaving home. I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.

Easy to redact, sign and comment on documents. Great workflow
What do you dislike?
Only web-based interface. I would like a desktop version too.

Use if you find DocuSign to be limited in editing functionality.
