I had to cancel my subscription right after I got it (the first time) because we were told not electronic signatures. The customer service person I was connected to was very quick with applying my refund and explained the banks general policies. It ended up there was a mistake, so I'm back. Wow! Customer service is A1!I needed to fill out some forms for an outfit, a one-time thing, and signed up for the trial month.Later in the month I tried to cancel the trial period before my credit card was charged the $20, but I forgot which email account I'd used to sign up, so I was unable to log in to my PDFfiller account.Today, when I received the email saying my credit card was charged the $20, I was able to contact PDFfiller since I now knew which account I'd used. I contacted them via "Contact Support" in their website and explained my situation. OMG! When it said I should receive an email in 20 minutes or less, I was thinking, "Yeah, right!" but it was literally only minutes before I received an email saying they would be glad to cancel the subscription and refund my money.If I ever need this type of service on a more regular basis, I will definitely be signing up with this company!

Very user friendly!
It is easy to use. Instructions are clear and the forms are easy to fill out accurately. I only use it once a year - at tax time, but using this program to fill out tax forms is quick and easy.
I have not had any issues. I'm sure if a person uses it a lot there are bound to be some, but I use it once a year and it works fine for my uses.

It has been great using PDF filller, its awesome to be able to edit and sign documents from my personal computer and use them for school and work. Everything is pretty seamless and self explanatory, and I have yet to experience any real issues.

What do you like best?
I print and distribute numerous emails every week. As such, I have tried quite a bit of PDF software over the past several years, I have seen that pdfFiller does everything I need, every time, in an easy-to-use way. There is none better for the price.
What do you dislike?
At times, it is difficult to find a saved file from within Google Chrome.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before making a selection, make sure to use evaluation versions. It's a shame to get saddled down with something and later discover that it's not right for you.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
There is one peculiarity that I encounter every week. The first file that I modify is saved in the appropriate folder, and the browser shows me where to find it. For some peculiar reason, I have a hard time finding every file that I save after that. It could be an issue with the browser.

To delete notifications sent to your mobile or email, delete them as you normally would a text message or email message.
