I found PDF filler to be very helpful, however there was a bit of confusion with the cost of the account account. I I thought that I would be getting charged $6 dollars per month however my bank account was charged $72 dollars for an entire years subscription. I do not fill out enough documents to make a years subscription worthwhile. If that is the case, I think the website should give you the option of a 30 day trial period, and then give you the option of committing to a 1 year subscription. Otherwise, be more clear that you all are charging the entire $72 as oppose to the $6 per month. I have since canceled my subscription and I do not intend to use the website any longer. I would definitely like a refund effective immediately.

What do you like best?
I love the ability to make my own PDF Templates. It is the perfect insurance agent tool when you're doing multiple certificates of insurance for commercial customers during renewal time. I love the feature where I can e-sign the documents and save it as a PDF which saves me ink and paper.
What do you dislike?
I can't figure out how to combine 2 PDF'S and merge them together so I use a different program for that.

It's great. Noticed some glitches on the forms, e.g. the text-in-th middle selection populates horizontally instead of vertically, making it impossible to see all that has been typed without scrolling across.

A fax can cancel if you act quickly. There is no way to cancel a fax after it sends. If you successfully stop the fax, the other fax machine will mark the transmission as not complete. The receiving fax machine will print and data that transmits.
Cancelling a fax in progress. Press Stop/Exit to cancel the fax. If you press Stop/Exit while the machine is dialing or sending, the LCD will show 1. Clear 2. Exit, press 1 to cancel the fax.
There is a cancel or stop button on a fax machine. The button is typically red and often has the shape of an 'X' on it. When you press the cancel button, the transmission will stop sending. If there is a phone handset, you can pick it up and put it down.
Double-click the printer icon on the task bar of your computer. Select the print job you want to cancel, click the [Document] menu, and then click [Cancel]. If the machine is shared by multiple computers, be careful not to cancel the fax of another user.
On some printers the “Menu” or “Check mark icon” button may be the select option. Scroll through until you see either “Disable Fax” or “Turn off Fax.” The exact wording in the on screen menu may vary slightly depending on your printer make and model. Select to disable or off option and select “Yes” or “OK” to confirm.
Cancelling fax sending. Press the[Facsimile] key, and then press the [Clear/Stop] key to cancel sending a fax. If you cancel sending a fax while the machine is scanning the original, the fax transmission process is canceled immediately.
Press and hold Stop or Stop/Exit. Keep Stop or Stop/Exit held down while plugging your machine back into the electrical outlet. After 2-to-3 seconds, release Stop or Stop/Exit.
To receive a fax, manually switch the machine to fax mode. The machine automatically receives calls in fax mode without ringing. When the machine receives a call, an external answering machine responds. If the machine detects a fax signal during or after the recorded message, it switches automatically to fax mode.
In the Printers portlet, right-click the printer that you want to shut down and select Shutdown. Click Yes. Click OK.
Swipe your DeakinCard in the card reader, or enter your Deakin username and password manually using the keypad on the printer. ... Select Use Device Functions. Select OK. Place your original document face-up in the Auto Document Feeder, or face-down on the glass. Choose your color selection.
