My only two complaints are the price and the fact that if you only want one page out of a file with a lot of pages... it seems the only way to "quickly" do it is to go in and individually delete each unwanted page. Otherwise, it does most of what I want.

Click “Link to Previous” in the “Navigation” grouping of options; this allows you to change the header or footer on the page without affecting the headers or footers on the other pages. Highlight the header or footer text and press the “Delete” button on your keyboard. The header or footer is removed from the page.
Under the Header & Footer tab of the Ribbon, you will see the Header item and Footer item in the sub-item list. Just click on Footer and then choose Remove Footer from the drop-down menu. Now, all text or other stuff in the footers section should disappear.
Edit the document's header or footer. Click the Header & Footer Tools Design tab. In the Header & Footer group, click the Header button. Choose Remove Header. The header is gone. Click the Footer button and choose Remove Footer. The footer is gone.
Delete the header (if the header is only used for that page) by double-clicking the header to make it active. Select the Design tab and click on Header and Remove Header.
Open the Word file and go to the first page that you want to remove the header and footer, and then double-click the header area into editing mode. Then, check Different First Page under the Header & Footer tab, see screenshot:
Put the cursor in the header. The contextual “Header & Footer > Design tab will display. In the Option group, turn on (put a checkmark) in “Different first page”. The scroll down to the second page and change the header, i.e. delete it.
