Filling out form was fine. I felt like I should have been told there was a cost associated with use before I filled out form, not when I finished. At that point I didn't feel like handwriting everything, so I paid for subscription. I can't justify spending $72.00 a year for something I will seldom use. Wish I would have known up front this was not free.

I've had problems expanding boxes to fit text in. Customer support sent a YouTube video and that was some help and fixed one box, but then I had problems with a second box and just didn't have the time to keep trying to fix the problem.
After a few attempts I was able to fix the problem, and now I am very impressed with the program.

PDFfiller in a medical office
Overall, very pleased with the program. Love the east of use, wish the file saving was a little easier.
I like being able to upload patient forms that need completed (i.e. FMLA or short term disability) and completing neatly with PDFfiller, instead of handwriting, etc.
I love the east of emailing or faxing directly from the program as well. The confirmation of receipt or email being read is nice.
Some times the text boxes are difficult to line up or get placed properly but I really feel with more use I will become better with these small tweaks.

It was a little slow at the beginning…
It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. I work with a lot of county documents that are locked for editing. PDFFiller makes it is so I can mark up and edit. This give me the ability to highlight and do take-offs with in the pdf. Thanks!
