I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. I had a few problems with my docs at first because I didn't know where to find things. They have videos - but, they always skip over the most necessary details. I contacted support and they were extremely helpful I decided to invest in the purchase of this. I've avoided paying for document paying memberships for years, because I am a cheapskate. But, I really found value in PDF Filler.

Fast and great service. Program was great but we didn't really have use for it. We forgot to cancel after our trial and was charged. Totally our fault. I contacted them and they handled this immediately. Talk about fast service. 😊 Thanks again.
