In ways its harder to use, does not put signs in for you and does not calculate for you like the regular form.. but this is the only way I can save my form and make copies and edit it so this kind of saved me a ton of time!

Just started using the program today. Easy so far. A little problem with the aligment of fields. It would have been great to use the "tab" key to toggle between fields.

I really like the application a lot. I am finding the fact that you do not have a field value setting which comes in handy for allowing a Check Mark to have a Value and Calculate costs based on Check Marks or Drop Down Menus. I also would love a copy and paste a single field, this comes in handy for repetitive drop down menus. Prepopulating a field from an earlier field value would be great in helping people not have to enter same information more than once.

What do you like best?
We like PDFfiller because our patients don't want to have to waste precious minutes of their appointment time completing a health history update in the office. It's much simpler, not to mention faster, to have them do it at home and submit it when they're done!

The log-in process for the patient who has never used this service. We have a few patients who value their privacy and would rather not have to create an account in order to complete a form.

PDFfiller is wonderful for our new patients! We send them to our website and have them navigate to where we have the clickable button to either complete the forms online or to print and bring them with to their appointment.

It is really good, I hate forms, who doesn't but this made the chances of my cat getting kicked much smaller.

Only used a few times, but so far no major issues. The only pain point, I would say is the editor...I am still getting in practice. Overall, this is a very good and useful tool.

Well I'm still learning But the Draw option is AWESOME ,It lets you Sign in Real Time + It's Your Real Signature,Not a Generated one from putting text in a box and using thePC's script font to generate a signature .. Right-click the table or layer in the table of contents and choose Open Attribute Table. Right-click the field header in the table window of the field you want to delete and click Delete Field. Click Yes to confirm the deletion. Deleting a field cannot be undone.
