The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it does not have an option to undo things if you make an error. If you make an error you have to restart the whole thing. Otherwise, its a great program to have!!!

I am very happy with the service. It is easy to use and very versatile. It is, however, quite expensive for the annual plan. Even if I used this on a daily basis, I'd feel like50 a year is much more reasonable.

all the features save so much time! and the price of using them at first seemed ridiculous, but once you realize how much time and effort this can save you the price automatically becomes such an amazing deal.

can be a little tricky to set up at first but I do love the ease of having a form filled out and emailed rather than printing, hand writing and then scanning to save to the cloud!

The best feature is that you can email documents to vendors and have them electronically sign them and then email them back.

I don't think there is anything to dislike. When my company paid for me to have this I felt like I was in Heaven!

If you are having issues getting signatures with your drivers- look no further! This is it! So easy to use and send and Drivers can send the signed documents back!

We have a lot of vendors that work outside of the office so having a system where they can sign electronically is such an awesome feature!

Such helpful customer support
This is a great product but I only needed it for a short while, (1 day) but forgot to cancel my free trial, contacted customer support and they arranged for a refund right away, so very helpful.

I like the concept. But the processing is awfully slow. I'm going to buy a membership for my team, but I just wish everything processed more quickly.

Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

How do I delete a pay run account?
In the Business menu, select Pay run. Find the pay run you want to delete. To the right of the pay run line, click the delete icon.
How do I cancel Only?
To remove the payroll, start by logging into Only. Once you see the Dashboard, scroll down until you see the Recent Pay Runs section. Click “VIEW ALL” to see the delete button. If you are still able to remove the run, it will have a DELETE button.
Can I delete a pay run in Hero?
In the Payroll menu, select Pay employees. Under Draft Pay Runs, click the pay run you want to delete. Click Delete Pay Run, then click Yes to confirm.
How do I edit an approved pay run in Hero?
In the Business menu, select Pay run. Click the approved pay run you want to edit. Click Next to move to the review step. Click the Net Pay amount for the payslip you want to edit. Select Payslip Options, then select Edit. Click Continue and update the fields as you need.
How do I remove a leave type in Hero?
If a Leave Type has not been used in a pay run for the employee, you can delete it from their Leave tab. To do this please go to Payroll> Employees> select the employee> Leave tab> click on the blue hours for the Leave Type> Delete.
