I wasn't able to login or access the acct and kara was extremely helpful and patient during the whole process. Now i am able to access the acct and move forward. She was wonderful!!!!

I have only used it once before and I like it. Some of the fill-in spaces are challenging, but I'm sure it is because I haven't mastered the software yet.

I literally wish I had discovered PDF years ago! It is so easy to use and it has saved me endless time!!!

The product is very good and it works very nice and it's very easy to comprehend how to use it, but the way you have the purchase setup I feel is very misleading I signed up for the month the month payment and you took a full year out of my account I did not like that that is why I would never recommend your product to anyone want to use because you can really mess up a person and you could be taking money that they could not have to be taken at the time.
You need the fix your payment process area or you will lose other customers like myself because I did report it to the Better Business Bureau cuz I did not appreciate that.

What is the best way to remove concrete sealer?
Pour a small amount of Xylene on an area that is still coated by the previous concrete sealer. Allow the Xylene to sit for 20 seconds. Touch the area and if it is tacky or sticky the surface was sealed with a solvent-based sealer. If the concrete is not tacky or sticky the concrete was sealed with water based sealer.
How do you remove bad sealer from concrete?
Turn off all gas and heat sources. Then pour Xylene or a citrus stripper onto the concrete. Let it sit until the sealer is softened. Apply more Xylene or stripper and scrub the sealer using a stiff straw scrub brush on a broom handle, until the solution re-liquifies.
Does power washing remove concrete sealer?
A water-based sealer can be removed using chemical etching, pressure washing or by mechanical cutting. After it has dried you can apply the water-based sealant. Keep in mind, if your concrete was stained or dyed using Xylene, it can damage or change the color of the concrete.
How do you remove concrete coating?
Removing coatings. Coatings can be removed mechanically by sandblasting, bead blasting, diamond grinding, or sanding. However, there is risk of damaging or altering the concrete surface, causing it to reflect through a new coating.

How do you remove stone sealer?
Fill a hand-held pump sprayer with a soy-based paint stripper. Although sealer is usually applied in two layers, it's thin enough that most soy-based strippers can penetrate through it into the stone's pores and dissolve the sealer enough for easy removal with a single application.
Can you remove stone enhancer?
Tile sealer and color enhancers are used to rejuvenate the look of older, worn stone tiles. A little hard work and patience while stripping the floor is all it takes to remove the sealer and get the original look of your tiles back.
How do you remove sealant from floor?
Leave the stripper on the tiles until it begins to bubble. Scrape the sealer and solvent off of the floor and discard into a metal bucket. Use a wire bristle brush to remove any stubborn areas. Continue this process until you have worked over the entire floor.
