Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. The form was fairly easy to alter and print. However, I did have a lot of difficulty inserting text into the box below the name of my company. I was not able to make the font different sizes for highlighted text which was even on different lines. I did not make the form the way I would have preferred but I am overall satisfied.

What's the difference between Seal and Expunge?
The key difference between expunging a person's criminal record and sealing it is that a sealed record still exists in both a legal and physical sense, while expungement results in the deletion of any record that an arrest or criminal charge ever occurred.
Can you get a sealed record expunged?
Juvenile records and first-time misdemeanor convictions can be sealed. Arrests, misdemeanors and some felonies may be expunged depending on severity of the crime. First-time offenders may seal a record if charges are dismissed, withdrawn or acquitted. There is no expungement for violent and serious felonies.
Who can see your record if its sealed?
No other employer can see any cases that are sealed. Landlords also cannot see any record that has been sealed. Law enforcement agencies, on the other hand, can still see sealed records. Law enforcement agencies include police departments, the courts, and State's Attorneys.
Can Immigration see a sealed record?
The short answer is no for a sealed record, but likely yes for an expunged record. If you seal a criminal record, it does not erase it for immigration purposes. There are a few instances where DHS does not need a criminal conviction for a crime in order to argue that you should be deported because of it.

In the state of Illinois, you may be able to seal some or all of your criminal record. Unlike expungement, sealing doesn't erase your records but it does hide them from most of the public.
