Using iPhone to complete apps and send out for signature.. Had some glitches.. Wasn't able to select or choose (full access or sign only option for recipients. The screen shut down too quickly each time and 'disappeared before I could actually select.

Start by cutting the corner with the stamp off the envelope with scissors. Place the stamp in a bowl of warm water to soak for 10 minutes. This should melt the glue and remove it from the envelope. Once the stamp separates from the paper, place it on a paper towel in a dry place, like an unheated oven, overnight.
It is illegal to reuse stamps — though that doesn't stop people doing it. Some post offices are now cancelling stamps using UV ink — which the eye can't see, but the machines can detect. Some stamps are also made with little cuts in them to make it harder to peel them off.
Place a couple of drops of water on the stamp along with the envelope and heat it with microwave for 30-45 secs. Stamp will come off from its paper. METHOD 2 — Soaking: Cut the section of envelope along with stamp without damaging it.
Don't peel THEM! Cut or tear the envelope around the stamps. Float the stamps face up in cool water. Soak for one hour or until the stamps separate from the paper. Lay the stamps face down on white paper towels. Cover with more paper and press flat under something heavy (like books) for several hours until dry.

But if you want to remove the stamps from envelopes, the best way is to soak them. Place them, stamp side up, in a few inches of lukewarm water in a shallow bowl (make sure the water is not HOT as it may damage the stamps). Don't soak too many at one time, they should have room to float.
Just get a blade and slice (or just tear out the mount at the joint), and then cut the mount in half and still use the unsetted mount half as an open-top mount! You can also trim the mount to fit the stamp! And half the stamp, to the page.
