I had to cancel my subscription right after I got it (the first time) because we were told not electronic signatures. The customer service person I was connected to was very quick with applying my refund and explained the banks general policies. It ended up there was a mistake, so I'm back. I work in a Legal Department and we review a lot of contracts on a daily basis. Most of the documents came in on PDF format, so using PDF filler to convert the file to an MS Office is easy.

Some of the editing features don't always line up perfectly in the final document. The efile feature is not always accepted for requires signatures.

So simple to use
I regularly have the need to edit & sign documents & have used a few of the other free & paid services, PDF Filler has been great to work with so I renewed my subscription again..
I find importing a PDF easier than most other similar softwares... changing font sizes and styles is simple and the process is fast even on my slow internet service..
So far I have not had an issue with any of the features..

Redacting of documents is quick and easy. Benefit is that it eliminates the need to print, sign and scan.

We use PDF Filler with SignNow for documents for clients and employees.
All seems to work very well. I did 6 documents, each several times as the requirements changed.
I updated the company logos, just erase the old ones in the PDF and Word documents.
So far, I only worked on a Fillable Signable document for clients
I used erase, and then inserted better wording.
