I loved using the program. It helped on saving paper while allowing to update documents without having to print, use white out, and scan the updated document. It was really the only feature I used, but i know there was so much more to the program. I would love if they created a pay option that was cheaper than basic or reduced the price of basic for those of us who just need it for one or two functions. It was very easy to use and i wish i needed it for other things. Overall still a great program and i would recommend it to anyone. I am only giving it 4 stars due to me just not needing it for a whole lot.

Discuss property ownership interests. ... Access a copy of your title deed. ... Complete, review and sign the quitclaim or warranty form. ... Submit the quitclaim or warranty form. ... Request a certified copy of your quitclaim or warranty deed.
It is a misconception that someone can be removed from the deed. Nor can a co-owner simply take away another party's interest in a property by executing a new deed without that other party. In short, no one can be passively removed from a title.
Generally, someone else cannot remove you from title without your consent and/or knowledge. You should speak to a local real estate attorney to see how to return your name to title and how it was removed in the first place. If a fraudulent deed...
Obtain a quitclaim deed form. ... Fill out the quitclaim deed form. ... Include the legal description of the property in the space on the form set aside for this purpose. ... Sign the quitclaim deed in front of a notary public. File the quitclaim deed at the register of deeds office. ... Tip. ... References (3) ... Resources (3)
A quitclaim deed typically does not remove a borrower's name from a mortgage. With a quit claim deed, an owner can transfer all ownership rights to somebody else, but any loan agreements remain unchanged.
It is possible to be named on the title deed of a home without being on the mortgage. However, doing so assumes risks of ownership because the title is not free and clear of liens and possible other encumbrances. Free and clear means that no one else has rights to the title above the owner.
Send a certified letter asking them to leave in 30 days or less. ... File an official tenant eviction order with your local courts. ... Do not change the locks unless you are worried about your safety. ... Call the police if they still refuse to leave.
Filing a Quitclaim Deed Once you've been informed that your refinancing has been approved, you should have your spouse's name taken off of the deed to the property as well as the mortgage. Typically, you do this by filing a quitclaim deed, in which your spouse gives up any right to the property.
Removing the spouse from the deed Once the lender approves your refinancing, you should also get your spouse's name off the deed. You usually do this by filing a quitclaim deed, in which your ex-spouse gives up all rights to the property. Your ex should sign the quitclaim deed in front of a notary.
Endorsement: Survey Deletion Coverage also known as Survey Coverage or Survey Endorsement, adds coverage to the OTP by deleting all Schedule B, Item 2 except for Shortages in area. This endorsement provides more insurance for the owner by deleting items which limit policy coverage.
