PDFfiller was intuitively simple to use in creating an important document. I had difficulty erasing some text I accidentally superimposed onto my document and the recipient who ultimately got the PDF I created could not open it. Also disappointing was the fact that I didn't realize I had to pay a tidy subscription price until after I completed my document and tried to send it off (and save it). That all led to an initially horrible review.
But, I have to say that my experience with PDFfiller and Elie, the rep I dealt with, revised my entire experience. Not only did Elie help resolve the problems in a very timely fashion, I received a refund! PDFfiller seems dedicated to provide the user an efficient product and the customer service is the best I've seen with any internet-based business. Elie is a great ambassador for the business and she really follows through with her promises! I never expected that. They are also going to revise some aspects of the user interface to ensure proper notice of expense and conditions of subscription. I will certainly use PDFfiller in the future!

It is sometimes difficult to understand how to use the different functionalities. Your "how to" guides focus on "push this button, then this" but are not focused on the end product (i.e. " how do you create a XXXX")

PDF Filler
This is a very useful program to me in my work. I can easily send documents to be filled in by customers, easy to use and easy to navigate.
I do not have any cons with this program, if you are not utilizing this you should be. It is highly useful and functional

Are you one that needs to easily sign documents and return by email? this is the software to use

I really liked how the software navigates you through the document so quickly so you don't forget to fill in any information, and it tells you if the recipient receives it.
It's supposed to have just about any document you would need or want but I couldn't find any of the ones I needed. It was frustrating trying to look for a document and not be able to figure out where the list was.

Ease of use, the functionality is greatly appreciated. Gliding through forms is of ease. Moving from box to box is a cinch
The save feature to my computer can be a little friendlier. It can take several try to find the forms after I save them

Dont have a printer but can have the forms ready for when i find 1
Was in a tight spot with not having a printer and such. the 1 month free trial with everthing I'm having to deal with right now has help make it slightly easier. I can get everything filled out and have it ready for a printer when I'm able to reach it! Thank you it helped a bunch. all I had to do was google the forms n a link to the form n this website popped up and was able to start filling it out right away. thank you again!

What is an application deposit?
Application deposit means any refundable deposit of money, however denominated, including all money intended to be used as a security deposit under a rental agreement, or property, which is paid by a tenant to a landlord for the purpose of being considered as a tenant for a dwelling unit.
Are application deposits refundable?
Application Deposit vs. A security deposit is refundable, and it can be used to cover any potential damages done to the apartment by a tenant throughout their lease. The remainder of the security deposit will be returned to the tenant. If no damages are found in the apartment, then you get the entire deposit back.
Are deposits usually refundable?
A non-refundable deposit is a type of fee or security, usually charged to the tenant and then refunded in terms of value, typically through one month of the rent, or fees. While a deposit is, by definition, refundable, the non-refundable deposit is usually a surcharge on top of the initial security deposit.
Are rental applications refundable?
In some cases, your landlord may refund the cost of a rental application. This may happen if they had multiple applicants and rented the property to someone before they got to your application. In that case, not only will many landlords refund the application fee. Some states mandate they must refund the fee.
How long do you have to wait to get your deposit back?
You should usually receive your deposit back within 10 days of the end of your tenancy agreement, providing there is no damage to the property or its contents.
Should you pay deposit before signing contract?
According to AREA, this means that agents and landlords can not ask a tenant to pay their tenancy deposit and/or first month's rent before the contract has been signed. The Tenant Fees Act is drafted in such a way that any money taken prior to the signing of an agreement is treated as a holding deposit.
Should you give a security deposit before signing lease?
Confirm before your lease signing that you have enough money in your checking account to cover these costs. Some landlords will ask you to pay your first month's rent and security deposit with a certified check provided by your bank to verify you won't overdraw your account.
Can you back out of an apartment lease before signing?
If you haven't signed a lease, there is nothing the “back out of”. There is no deal until the lease is executed by BOTH parties. You're under no obligation to rent the unit until you sign the lease. Ha, you're fine.
