What do you like best? This program makes it very easy to enter data into pre-printed forms instead of using a typewriter. What do you dislike? Sometimes there will be a data box over another data box and it makes it difficult to change information. Also, when you highlight and change or add to preexisting words the formatting changes and you can not change it back to look like the original What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not having to ever use a typewriter is the best benefit. Having all of my previous files stored is highly appreciated.

Ask for a copy of your employer's direct deposit sign up form, or download the U.S. Bank Direct Deposit Authorization Form (PDF). Provide your U.S. Bank deposit account type (checking or savings), account number and routing number, and other required information.
Direct Deposit Authorization Forms. A direct deposit authorization form is a document that authorizes a third (3rd) party, usually an employer for payroll, to send money to a bank account by simply using the ABA routing and account numbers.
To enroll in Full Service Direct Deposit, simply fill out this form and give to your payroll manager. Attach a voided check for each checking account — not a deposit slip. If depositing to a savings account, ask your bank to give you the Routing/Transit Number for your account.
How long does direct deposit take? One of the biggest benefits of direct deposit is that it happens very quickly, usually one to three days but sometimes up to five business days. This varies depending on who is actually sending the funds and may even get faster in the future.
Get a direct deposit form from your employer Ask for a written or online direct deposit form. If that isn't available, ask your bank or credit union for one. We've included a list of forms from top banks, including the Capital One and Bank of America direct deposit forms.
Setting up direct deposit is easy. Check with your employer's payroll office, you may be able to set up your direct deposit through an online portal. Complete a direct deposit form. Provide the form to your employer's payroll office.
Sign In to Online Banking. Click on any of your accounts. Select View and Print Payroll Direct Deposit from the right navigation. Select the account you want to deposit your payroll to from the dropdown, then click on View and Print and your customized form will be presented to you.
