Your guy was good - but I really didn't get the result from the program I expected. I thought it would convert to word exactly. I understand why it didn't - just makes the program less than what I had thought I was buying. I don't do this type of work often and will probably just discontinue the program.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
If your mobile check deposit never makes it to your account, one reason could be a glitch with your phone. Banks, credit unions, and prepaid cards set limits on the total amount you can deposit by mobile app to help prevent against fraud. The limits can be as low as $1,500 per month.
Deposits are subject to a hold period which could vary from 1 to 15 days. How long does it take for a check to clear if I use a mobile device to make a deposit? The time it takes for the mobile check deposit to clear will vary, depending on when the deposit is made and other factors.
Generally, the funds will be available after 1 business day. If you submit a deposit before 5 p.m. ET (2 p.m. PT), we can start processing it that day. Accounts under 31 days old are subject to an extended hold of 9 business days. You can get the full scoop in our article on check holds.
Because with ATM deposits, a banker may have to retrieve checks from the machine, then manually digitize them. However, some advanced model ATMs can instantly create an image of your check. With a mobile deposit, your checks are immediately digitized.
When you deposit a check from your mobile device, it may take a little longer for your funds to become available based on what time of day the deposit was made. For example, mobile check deposits made after 6 p.m. Pacific time on business days to at least one major bank can't be used until two business days later.
Most types of checks take about two business days to clear, though some banks and credit unions are speedier (jump to a list of banks that clear checks fast). Cashier's and government checks, along with checks drawn on the same financial institution that holds your account, usually clear faster, in one business day.
What are the cut-off times for deposits made with mobile deposit? Mobile deposited funds are available on the day after the deposit credit date, unless a hold is applied. If a hold is required on the check, you'll receive a message during the deposit, and you'll be able to cancel the deposit.
If you deposit a canceled check into your bank account, the funds will be removed once the bank realizes the mistake, and you may face processing fees, and you may even face legal consequences.
