I'm impressed with the product and signed up for a year, but it's one of those things that you really need when you need it and really don't look at much when you don't. I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. Great product at a great price w awesome customer support

It beats my hand writing. I would be nice if it did the calculations also. But you can't have everything. I'll probably be only using this for my state tax. There on line program stinks.

This program is easier to navigate than the Adobe PDF program. I have used it for many forms that are not fillable and it looks a million times better than my handwriting!!

I couldn't seem to find any document editors that were actually worth using, until i came across PDF FIler! This website seriously helps you find, and even file any document you may need in every aspect of your busy busy life! Instead of going to the local courthouse I simply log-in and search for the document in their huge PDF library they have everything from Affadavits- Tax documents they are probably the one and only website that lets you file your taxes right away and will even let you send documents for esignatures as an added bonus! I recommend this website to anyone in the business, law, or accounting, business it is the best!!!

Easy and Superb!
I love how easy pdfFiller is to use. Also, the results are amazing! I uploaded a signature that looked great from my computer but I couldn't get the page colour right. PdfFiller fixed the colour so that the background of the upload and the entire document were identical. I didn't need to try fixing it myself!

Excellent customer service/IT
I had occasion to need assistance in performing a certain process within this program suite. The IT person with whom I was connected (Joyce) was courteous and professional. She determined the solution to my problem taught me what I needed to know in a matter of minutes. I had made two previous attempts to resolve this earlier in the day, but once I was online with Joyce it was resolved quickly and easily. She is a gem.
