Nothing except that when I print a doc, the Print button is at the bottom of window and I can't move it up so I have to click the very tip of the box that says print. - This could be my computer problem too but is weird and that just started about 6 months ago.

I've just started the trial service but…
I've just started the trial service but so far I'm finding the software very user friendly. I've uploaded an application used by our non-profit and marked all the fields needing completion. It was very easy to do. Testing has gone well. Looking forward to using this for our membership drive.

Seems easy, but there are still thing that I am not sure how to do. Would like to take more advantage of the website, I am sure there is a lot more I can do with it.

pdfFiller is great so far
pdfFiller is great so far, but I would like a bit more comprehensive editing tools. For example better alignment options for fields, even spacing, more flexible sizing options, and maybe support for tables. Also, right-alignment of fields works on-screen, but always prints left-aligned. Other than that, the ease of use and clean interface are a pleasure to use.

Logging issue troubleshoot
I was having issue logging into pdfFiller with the password that I remember, at the same time could not receive any email to reset my password. Harmhon, the live chat agent from pdfFiller, has patiently understand my situation. Although most of the time is user's issue that they don't check on junk mail or they have some instruction/rules listed in their setting. But Harmhon is able to figure that my email address was actually not being whitelisted in your company whitelist. That being said, after Harmhon inserted me into the whitelist, i am able to login without any issue again. I really appreciate Harmhon's patient and service. He is definitely a precious asset to pdfFiller! Keep up the good work!

I subscribed to a trial period for the…
I subscribed to a trial period for the PDFiller product but forgot to unsubscribe when the trial period was over. Once I realized my error, I contacted the company and explained my error. Katrina in customer service had my refund processed within minutes. Thank you Katrina and, as I promised, when our company is financially able to afford this wonderful product, I will once again be a customer. This experience earned 5 stars because of Katrina's kind ear and quick action. Thanks to you, Katrina, and whoever trained you in customer service protocols.

Dealing with this company was truly amazing. I have never had such professional response from the customer service of any company. The customer service rep was such a gentleman and solved my problem immediately. I would highly recommend this company!

Really came through for me when I was charged a subscription fee. Being a small business owner, things get hectic. I had used it for my taxes and meant to cancel it but forgot. They cancelled my subscription and refunded the fee with no questions asked. Too bad it really wasn't a good fit for my business."

Do Bates require an interview?
Can't make it to campus for an interview? Request an off-campus interview with a Bates alumnus/a near you! Given the volume of requests, we cannot guarantee an Alumni Interview. Please know that personal interviews are not required, and your application will receive full consideration for admission.
Does Bates require SAT?
Bates has a test-optional standardized testing policy. Applicants to Bates may submit SAT or ACT scores to the school, but they are not required. During the 2017-18 admissions cycle, 32% of admitted students submitted ACT scores.
What SAT score is required for Bates?
The 25th percentile New SAT score is 1270, and the 75th percentile SAT score is 1450. In other words, 1270 places you below average, while a 1450 will move you up to above average. There's no absolute SAT requirement at Bates College, but they really want to see at least a 1270 to have a chance at being considered.
Is Bates sat optional?
Bates has been a national leader in the test-optional movement for three decades. In October 1984, the faculty voted to make standardized testing, such as the SAT, SAT Subject Tests, and the ACT, optional for all students applying to Bates.
Does Bates require SAT essay?
Bates College considers the SAT/ACT Writing section optional and may not include it as part of their admissions consideration. You don't need to worry too much about Writing for this school, but other schools you're applying to may require it.
Does Bates College require an interview?
Bates encourages a personal interview for prospective students. We feel that the information gained and personal impression made during an interview may not be available in the application. It is our one chance to meet the student, the person behind all those grades, essays and test scores.
Is Bates test optional?

No. Bates is committed to providing educational access for all students, so our financial aid is need based. Bates meets 100% of demonstrated financial need for admitted students who qualify for aid, regardless of citizenship status.
Does Bates require a supplemental essay?
While your college essay is being combed over by everyone you know, ask them also to take a look at your short responses and supplemental essays (though remember we do not have a supplemental essay at Bates!).
