PDFfiller was intuitively simple to use in creating an important document. I had difficulty erasing some text I accidentally superimposed onto my document and the recipient who ultimately got the PDF I created could not open it. Also disappointing was the fact that I didn't realize I had to pay a tidy subscription price until after I completed my document and tried to send it off (and save it). That all led to an initially horrible review. But, I have to say that my experience with PDFfiller and Elie, the rep I dealt with, revised my entire experience. Not only did Elie help resolve the problems in a very timely fashion, I received a refund! PDFfiller seems dedicated to provide the user an efficient product and the customer service is the best I've seen with any internet-based business. Elie is a great ambassador for the business and she really follows through with her promises! I never expected that. Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I had a chance to do the shoppers review survey and because of this gave them three stars. I was surprised to get an email from PDF filler offering me an upgrade to my subscription so that I could get all the features that I want free for a year. It certainly resolved my issue and I was glad to upgrade my previous rating of PDF filler to 5 stars! Great customer service!

The first time I downloaded the software, I mistakenly selected the one for use with Microsoft and all features did not work on my Chromebook. After going back I found the correct program for use with Chrome. The only problem I still have is creating my signature which I have described below under features to add.

Slight misunderstanding promptly resolved There was initially a slight misunderstanding, however, I was lucky enough to get Dee again when I reopened the chat. She had thought that I just wanted my subscriptions automatic payments cancelled. Really I wanted the payment stopped and the subscription cancelled. Thankfully she worked up until the last minutes of her shift to help me. She was excellent help!

The look back period is the five-year period before the excess benefit transaction occurred. The look back period is used to determine whether an organization is an applicable tax-exempt organization.
For employers who file Form 941, paying monthly or semimonthly, the look back period is a span of 12 months, including four quarters which ended on June 30 of the prior year. For instance, the look back period for 2018: Quarter 3: July 1 to September 30, 2016. Quarter 4: October 1 to December 31, 2016.
