What do you like best?
I like being able to edit and/or fill-in .PDF documents. I also like that I can retrieve documents that I have previously worked on.

I'd like to be able to change the font in the text option, as it doesn't always look right if mismatched.

I'm not sure how I first heard of PDF FILLER, but am I ever glad that I found it. My advice would be to try it out and see if it suits your needs. I like many of its features, especially the left pane that shows the document pages, and the ability to select only those that you want to include in a print or save maneuver.

One use that I have for the program is for one of our telecommuter workers - so that she can enter details on employee time cards, and it looks better than handwriting in notes. Uploading the documents she needs is a breeze, and the program alerts me to activity, for example, when she emails the documents to us for distribution.

I like the fact that live Customer service is always there to guide you if there's a problem.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I dislike if when a large corporation wants a form filled out and you use PDF Filler they come back and tell you their shop uses Adobe Acrobat and to please fill out the form once again using Adobe.

Very professional, highly recommended.
I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. the erase feature should be slightly work on, like we being able to completely erase elements and not just shading it with colors.

I love the product
I love the product! Its a god send working remotely. I can sign forms, password protect documents with personal information and email them in an instant.

I use the pdf merge feature constantly. It's great for compiling packets, assorted documents, expense reports etc.

It's fine. Not as good as adobe but it is cheaper.

Does a landlord have to give you interest on your security deposit?
Since the security deposit does not belong to the landlord, many states require that a landlord collect interest on behalf of the tenant. This becomes nearly impossible to calculate if the deposit is commingled with personal funds.
Can landlord take money from bank account?
The landlord may also want your bank account number as security against you subsequently defaulting on the rent. If the landlord has to sue you for lease violations, he may seek a court order allowing him to garnish your bank account, meaning he can take money directly from your account to pay a judgment debt.
How much interest should a security deposit earn?
You pay a $1,000 security deposit and a $1,000 last month's rent payment. The interest on the account is 1%. Your landlord must pay you a total of $20 in interest for every year that you rent. If the landlord does not pay you directly, you may subtract this $20 from your rent payment.
Can a landlord look at your bank account?
The landlord can ask your bank if the check he's holding from you is backed by sufficient funds, but he can't get information on your account balance.
Can you earn interest on a security deposit?
A security deposit protects a landlord against your breaking the lease early and leaving him without rent or from excessive damages to the property. Because you must pay this money to the landlord and cannot use it while you live on the property, many states require the landlord to pay interest on the funds.
How much interest do you earn on a security deposit?
You calculate the interest in finding the year you signed the lease in and multiplying the deposit by that amount. For a deposit of $1,000 with an interest of 0.01%, you would multiply 1,000 by. 0001 to get the annual interest, $0.10, and you would add that amount for each year, $0.20 for two years.
How is security deposit calculated?
On average, the security deposit is equal to one month's rent. So, you want to keep this number in mind when calculating how much money you'll need to give your landlord at move-in. Many landlords require the security deposit and first month's rent (and sometimes last month's rent too) before they'll give you keys.
What is the interest rate on security deposits in Illinois?
Illinois Security Deposit Interest Rate for 2019. From January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2019, the security deposit interest rate is set at 0.01% (unchanged since 2015). For example, if a landlord collects a security deposit for $1,000.00, the landlord will owe $0.10 in interest to the tenant every 12 months.
Do I get interest on my tenancy deposit?
No, because the tenancy deposit schemes are Government backed free to use, the interest generated from these schemes are paid for with that interest. Not quite, they are paid for by some interest.
Is it safe to give landlord bank account number?
Can the landlord ask me my social security number or bank account numbers on the rental application? Yes. As long as landlords are not collecting information in a discriminatory manner, there are no laws restricting what information is asked of you on a rental application.
