The system worked very nicely overall. I have uploaded several documents now and found it very nice for completing PDF and Pre-made fillable Word documents as well. I only had one minor glitch the first time I used it, but have not seen it repeated in several usages since. Overall I would definitely recommend this if you have to regularly fill and edit forms.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Stand your ground and contact your bank. Your first move should be to alert your bank or credit union, which will investigate before crediting your account. Confirm that your bank performs an investigation. Note the time of the transaction, gather evidence.
The bank will usually credit you for the deposit and perform an investigation. If it determines that you actually did deposit the amount you claimed, it will finally deposit that amount in your account, removing the credit. The time it takes for this to happen will vary depending on your bank.
The Safety of ATMs for Deposits From time to time, there will be errors. For example, money could vanish immediately after going in the slot, there's no record of the deposit, and so on. If your deposit is a big deal, go inside a branch and work directly with a teller.
Generally, if you deposit a check or checks for $200 or less in person to a bank employee, you can access the full amount the next business day. If you deposit checks totaling more than $200, you can access $200 the next business day, and the rest of the money the second business day.
Not all ATMs accept deposits, and even deposit-enabled ATMs might not work with your account. Other banks: Typically, you cannot make deposits to another bank's ATM. Check your bank's website or app for ATM locations, and look for ATM networks that might work with your bank.
If transaction at ATM fails, but your account is debited then the card issuing bank is required to resolve your complaint by re-crediting your account within 7 working days from the date of complaint. However, to be eligible for compensation, the customer has to file the complaint within 30 days of the transaction.

Call Your Card Issuer or Bank File a claim with your credit card company immediately (if it was a credit card) or your bank (if it was a debit card). Your card issuer will sort things out with the ATM operator. It doesn't hurt to try and contact the ATM owner, but your bank has the ultimate power to fix the situation.
