I've only used it a few times, but I think that I might be using it more over the next couple of years, as my daughter finishes high school and goes through the college application process! She's also on a couple of sports teams which require the same forms every year; it will be nice to have the info already entered and just modify some dates!

Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. Does Energy require a deposit?
The deposit amount Energy requires from commercial and industrial customers is calculated at two months of usage level. This deposit is necessary to help manage the risk of nonpayment or bankruptcy.

For example, Duke Energy, which covers several states across the Southeast, says that the electricity deposit cost may range from $100 to $250 depending on the user's projected monthly bill. Other utility companies require a blanket charge of $300 or more for residential electricity service agreements.

Customer may pay ½ of deposit prior to service initiation and the balance on the first bill. First time customers may be charged $220, which is twice the state average of $110 (rounded down to the nearest $5).
