I actually subscribed to PDF filler through our business. After we sold out business the new owners used a different service. However, I really rate this product so I subscribed to it personally to use when needed for signing anything. Really great web application!

Does swept require a deposit?
SWEPT may require all applicants for permanent residential service who previously have been a customer of the Company and whose service has been discontinued for nonpayment of bills or the tampering with or bypassing of a meter, to make a deposit or establish credit satisfactory to the Company before electric service
Do I get my electric deposit back?
As long as you pay each bill, the electric company will refund you your deposit if you are moving to another location. The refund will only be given in full if you make the final electricity payment. You may not be eligible to receive your refund if you are moving to another location within the electric company's zone.
How long does it take to get your electric deposit back?
The deposit is released 24 months after payment, if satisfactory credit is established. The security deposit is automatically credited to the customer's account, if there is no existing balance.
Do you get your PGE deposit back?
Cash Deposit: For residential accounts only, a deposit is reviewed 13 months from the date it was paid in full and, if the account qualifies for a refund, interest is calculated on the deposit and both amounts are applied as a credit to your account.
How long can a utility company hold your deposit?
The utility can require you to pay a deposit if: You have had your utilities shut off in the past two years, You have not been a utility customer for the past two years, You have made more than two late payments in the last 12 months (or have made one late payment if you have had service for less than 12 months), OR.
