I would recommend, with caveats about the cost based on how much it would be used. Many government forms and other PDFs are already fillable, so PDFfiller isn't needed that often for the average person. However, it was very nice to use.

Both market-linked and traditional CDs are guaranteed by the FDIC. ... Traditional CDs, on the other hand, promise a set interest rate. Market-linked CDs can be an option for investors who are risk-adverse, don't need current liquidity and want higher returns offered by CDs.
A market-linked CD, however, works a little differently. A market-linked CD, also known as an indexed CD, equity-linked CD or market-indexed CD, is a type of certificate of deposit that's based on a market index, a basket of equities or a combination of the two. This determines the returns you can see from the CD.
Market-linked CDs are also a type of “structured” investment, which means they are created in order to meet an investor's specific financial goals. They combine the long-term growth potential of equity or other markets with the security of a traditional certificate of deposit.
Although CDs are considered low-return investments, the return is guaranteed at the specific interest rate even if market rates go lower. Typical CDs are not protected against inflation, so when shopping for a CD, try to buy one higher than the inflation rate so that you can get the most value for your money.

STRUCTURED PRODUCTS. Market-Linked CDs (ML CDs) are FDIC-insured certificates of deposit (CDs), whose performance is linked to the return of an underlying asset or group of assets, which may include equities, commodities, currencies, or interest rates.
Structured CDs are certificates of deposit whose returns are variable because they are linked to the future performance of a market index. Regular CDs typically have fixed interest rates, which remain low.
Structured CD Basics It is essentially a derivative product in which the performance of the CD is tied to an underlying investment, such as a stock market index. For example, you may be able to purchase a CD designed perform in similar fashion to the S&P 500.
