Great product.
Good interface gives you all the options you need in one place. Clear and easy to understand. The only downside is remembering its a browser only interface, remembering the product name and having to navigate to the URL to begin. Not an issue for a daily user, but if you use only intermittently like I do, I have to make myself a reminder. To that end, I think its a little expensive for a casual user; but I do still like the interface so much that it overrides my concern on cost.

I like it. It is fairly easy to find old forms. I the retention of files I have opened and being able to go back and make edits to files I worked on.

Creating fillable pdfs has never been better
PDF filler has been extremely benefitial for me, I has allowed me to go almost completely paperless, and this has had a great impact for my business since paper cost is extremely high in my country.
I love PDFfiller, it is a great software for creating fillable PDF forms and this has allowed me to go almost paperless in my office, I just create the forms, send them to my patients and they send them back and that is it.
At first it can be somewhat complicated to use, I believe that it has a steep learning curve, but once you get the hang of it is just a great software.

The pricing you impose presumes that I use a lot of features. I wish you had a price structure to low end users who seek to have a few simple forms filled and signed.

Can a builder keep your earnest money?
With new builds, a buyer typically has 30 -45 days to back out based on loan reasons, but there are often penalties that the builder will hold back from the buyer's earnest money. If the buyer's loan falls through late in the building process the builder typically keeps the earnest money.
Can I get earnest money back from builder?
In a resale contract, you get your earnest money deposit back. With a new construction contract written by the builder, you want to pay close attention to this scenario. If your loan falls through late in the building process the builder may keep the earnest money.
How long does it take to get earnest money back?
The earnest money can be held in escrow during the contract period by a title company, lawyer, bank, or broker whatever is specified in the contract. Most U.S. jurisdictions require that when a buyer timely and properly drops out of a contract, the money be returned within a brief period of time, say, 48 hours.
Does seller keep earnest money if buyer backs out?
If the buyer backs out just due to a change of heart, the earnest money deposit will be transferred to the seller. You also need to watch the expiration date on contingencies, as it can impact the return of funds. A good contract with proper contingencies is essential in protecting your earnest money deposit.
