What do you like best?
In our busy world, it is great to find a tool like PDFfiller to make things easier and to make sure private information is kept private. We no longer send attachments that can be read in an email that has sensitive information. Using templates has cut down our document sharing time! We now create a template that can be used over and over again. The big win in the form filling tool is the ability to add validation for the data entry.
What do you dislike?
The only complaint I get from users is PDFfiller documents are not showing up in their primary inbox. They have to search for them. We made it mandatory to check the box to send a copy of the email notification to our email address. This has made it easier to forward the email with the secure link to the recipient if they can't seem to find the PDFfiller email generated to them.

In our office, we have tons of forms that need to have checkboxes and other types of validation done along with making sure it is easy for our users can easily sign the documents. PDFFiller provides the validation we need for our users to fill out forms properly. PDFfiller has multiple ways for users to sign electronically whether they are on their mobile device or their laptop; signing electronically is easy for them.

I have used pdfFiller multiple times… I have used pdfFiller multiple times and love their product. I primarily use it when applying for jobs and need a pdf converter to fill out applications. I like that I can just subscribe for the time I need the program and then cancel it. I also like that all my documents are saved to my account even after I cancel the service. I can just resubscribe and pick up where I left off. Customer support is EXCELLENT. Highly recommend pdfFiller.

I only needed it for one purpose, to make my client's insurance claim sheets a fillable form so I wouldn't have to freehand it. After the initial struggle to get it structured right it works wonderfully

Direct Deposit is a means of paying your employees electronically into their bank accounts without the use of paper paychecks. Employees will provide their bank account information and can choose how they would like their money to be paid.
Deposit Type: Select Amount, Percent, or Balance * Amount or Percent: Enter Amount or Percent value (i.e. $500.00 or 50%) Deposit Order: Enter the priority for this account * Click: Submit. *To Deposit 100% of your Net Pay in one bank account you must use Balance of Net Pay as the Deposit Type and 999.
Order of deposit is meant for those with multiple deposit accounts and is the order in which you want your pay deposited into your accounts. For example, say you want 10% of your pay deposited into your savings account and the balance / remainder of your pay deposited into your checking account.
The term “balance of net pay” means that if you have only one account set up for direct deposit, the full amount of your pay check will be deposited into that account. If you have multiple accounts set up, this is the last account your check will be deposited into on pay day.
Direct Deposit Allocations are the automatic distribution of regular, recurring electronic deposits to one or more eligible accounts. To establish Direct Deposit Allocation, use the enclosed form to indicate which accounts you would like to fund and the amount to be applied to each account.
Fixed Amount — This method will deposit a flat dollar amount. Remainder — If multiple direct deposit accounts are being used this selection will cause the system to deposit any amounts that are left over after a fixed amount and/or percent deposits are made.
A fixed amount, for example $50.00. Percentage. A percentage of the total payment, for example 25%. Balance/Remainder. The remainder of your payment, less any fixed amounts or percentages that have been directed to another account.
Fixed Amount means an amount equal to the product of (a) the Notional Quantity per Determination Period multiplied by (b) the Fixed Price, or as otherwise provided in the Confirmation.
