Good less expensive alternative to some of the competition
Overall, I have been satisfied with PDFfiller
The software works just like advertised. I love that it is super reliable to work when I need it.
The user interface was slightly challenging to get used to but after that, it has been nice.

PDF filler is a real time saver
PDF filler is really good for formatting forms that don't come with editable text boxes. This is really useful for me as it saves me having to print off forms, write on them and then upload and send them back.
I have had an issue where one of the forms I was working on suddenly refreshed and I lost my progress. But it's only happened once

I like that I can bring in any fillable…
I like that I can bring in any fillable document, it makes everything to do with a business much easier. It's just not very easy to do. I have to remember how to do it every time. Not sure if that is my fualt or if this is just not that user friendly.

When forwarding to a client, etc., I like that it generates a security code that's required to access the documents. Customer service is *******! Highly recommend! This is an awesome site/resource for pros and newbies alike! Being new to all things graphic design related, I have utilized PDF filler several times to help with my projects *at no charge! Unfortunately, I lost my “real job” due to CoVid, so, at this time, I’m not in a position to pay the (very reasonable) annual fee to utilize all of the amazing benefits/features. BUT - as soon as I am able, I will happily do so. I was also really impressed with the Customer Service team. They are extremely professional, helpful and respond quickly. *side note: I almost never post recommendations (good or bad) but in this case, I felt the exception was well deserved.

pdfFiller is user-friendly and the site is easy to navigate. I love the fact that a function stays the same until you change it, eg. a font size and format. However, I would like the option to use all the Fonts that I have installed on my own computer. When a page is duplicated, I'd love it if the 'changes' made to the original using pdfFiller, could also be duplicated rather than simply a duplication of the original document. I also can't seem to find a way to cut and paste text to apply it in a different area of the document, which means that the process of replicating a change is more time-consuming, but this could be my current unfamiliarity with the software. I was impressed that within a couple of hours of use, I was offered the option to attend a webinar to improve my understanding.
