Very easy to use!!
Walks you through as you are filling out. Very helpful for first time user. Easy to go back to make corrections. I work in the dental field and our software does not convert to medical, so this software made it easy for me to use.

I signed up for the $1 trial but did not want the 1 year subscription -- refunded in two days!
I signed up for the $1 trial but did not use it for whatever reason. I have adobe DCF but used PDF filler one time to check it out or whatever. In any case, one month later I get hit with the $102.10 one year subscription charge I didn't see coming. I call expecting to be on hold for two hours.. but .. no... about a few minutes on hold and they refunded the whole thing.. refund hit in two days. So, I believe they should be applauded for that. I'm sure some people love it and go for the subscription. But it's really nice to know they're actually honest and refund the money if you ask.

User Friendly
So far, it's been great. Seems very user friendly, I had one issue where I couldn't find the Sign Now button (that could be made more visible or made as the default), I emailed Support and they responded very quickly, which I really appreciated.

PDF Filler is a great website for me to use. It's simple and convenient since I don't need to fill everything by hand. The only issues I have are filling in the date because I'm required to manually select the day, month, and year. Another issue is the website automatically switching to the next page which is annoying because I want to check all the fill ins are correct. Lastly, the layout of the website is rather confusing because I had to spent a couple of minutes figuring out how to import documents and other stuff. That's why PDF Filler gets a 4 star rating because of these mild inconvenience.

How do you prove cash deposits?

How do I prove a deposit?
The mortgage company will want to see that the borrower has accumulated the necessary reserve amount in order to provide the down payment for the home. To verify this, the borrower will need to provide proof of deposit to the mortgage company. The proof of deposit can be obtained from the bank.

When a cash deposit of $10,000 or more is made, the bank or financial institution is required to file a form reporting this.
