Excellent website with great features
I receive documents from my client's customers that need to be filled out and signed by my client. These are handled by PDFFILLER quickly and efficiently.
It's very easy to fill in PDF files and it's just as simple to add and insert signatures.
Sometimes movements within the website are a bit lengthy. After downloading a completed document, returning to the exact page would be nice.

What do you like best?
The ability to merge and delete pages from pdf documents, and literally edit any pdf document I need to edit! PDF Filler has saved my life many times!
What do you dislike?
Nothing, I mean it! Absolutely nothing. Mayyyyyyybe the ability to split documents, but really the other options pdfFiller has let me to in that aspect have been amazing.

Can deposit be refunded?
A deposit is part of the total cost of something or an advance payment paid for at the time of booking. Businesses will sometimes insist it's non-refundable if you cancel and even write it into the contract. But a business can only do this if the contract term is fair.
Can I get my deposit back if I change my mind?
The obligations of the contract work both ways, so the business doesn't have to return your deposit if you change your mind. For example, if you paid a deposit to a shop to hold an item for you, and you later decide you don't want the item, the shop may not be obliged to refund you your deposit.
Can I get my holding deposit back if I change my mind?
If the tenant changes their mind and doesn't take the property, you must grant a holding deposit refund and return their holding deposit minus any costs you've incurred on their behalf and any loss of rent you've suffered as a result of their action.
Can a landlord keep your deposit if you decide not to move in?
If the landlord agrees to remedy the issue before you move in but does not, you can legally break the lease agreement and get your security deposit back in full.
What if I signed a lease and changed my mind?

Can holding deposits be refunded?

How do I get my holding deposit back?
Once you have signed the contract, your holding deposit would usually go towards your security deposit or be refunded to you when you move in. This should be explained to you before you pay the holding deposit.
