PDFfiller Review
In my job, we send out contracts and W-9 forms to meeting attendees all the time. PDFfiller is great because attendees can quickly "sign" and send their documents right back, without having to print the forms, sign them manually, and then deal with faxing/scanning/or taking a picture to send it back. I like how seamless PDFfiller is.
Sometimes, the actual signature does not populate, and all that shows is a stamp saying the person signed it. However, with things like contracts and W-9s, we need an actual signature, whether it be manual or digital.

Tons of functionality for a great price. Excellent customer response time.
Feedback: when using the "home"/"end" keyboard buttons, it immediately takes you to the top/bottom of the form instead of beginning/end of the text box you are editing. Just an unintuitive and weird feature.
Also, it would be great if there was a way to save LinkToFill settings so that they can be applied across other documents.
Overall really happy with this product!

If you have a lot of digital documents, you should use pdfFiller
My overall experience is great! It's free and very easy to use, and I strongly recommend it for any student, teachers or professors, colleagues from work, and even for managers because during this pandemics, we all had to adapt our documents to digital format, and print them at home could be an issue for many people.
I love to use this software because it's free and it allows me to sign digital documents from anyone in my company without having to print everything, sign it all, and then scan it, and e-mail it to the recipients. It's great because it has other checkmarks so you can add little details in case you are reading a contract or a file that needs reviewing.
Positively, there are no cons for this software, as I have been using it for work and college matters, and it solves a great deal of signing important documents!

My subscription had expired
My subscription had expired. I was trying to reactivate my account with a discount offer that was offered to me before my account had expired. Unfortunately I couldn’t seem to figure this out. I was connected to Katrina using the live chat. She explained to me because my account had expired the offer was no longer available. She did however offer me 25% I accepted what was proposed to me. Yet again I was still having problems figuring out how to get this discount link Katrina had sent me. She eventually emailed the link to me because the computer and myself don’t see eye to eye and I can’t figure out how the thing works sometimes. Katrina was very patient and understanding. I use this almost on a day to day with all kinds of documents. it is the best thing that has happen to me when it comes to computers. I have been trying to get everybody I know to get this program, I paid for the year and most likely will pay for next year too.

Outstanding customer service
So I apparently signed up for the 30 day trial, but with memory issues forgot as I only needed for one thing. However, 30 days later I got charged. Now, although it was fantastic and easy to use for that one thing a month ago, it’s not something I use a lot of, hence why I forgot. Anyway, after contacting the customer services dept through their email, they very quickly responded within 30 minutes and after hearing my story, gave a full refund. I’m sorry I don’t need to use the program as it was very easy to edit my PDF and convert etc, but I would highly recommend this company’s PDFFiller software.
