I found PDF filler to be very helpful, however there was a bit of confusion with the cost of the account account. I I thought that I would be getting charged $6 dollars per month however my bank account was charged $72 dollars for an entire years subscription. I do not fill out enough documents to make a years subscription worthwhile. If that is the case, I think the website should give you the option of a 30 day trial period, and then give you the option of committing to a 1 year subscription. Otherwise, be more clear that you all are charging the entire $72 as oppose to the $6 per month. I have since canceled my subscription and I do not intend to use the website any longer. I would definitely like a refund effective immediately.

I have been using PDFfiller for years introducing the product to companies that I have been employed and in my personal life. How long does escrow take to deposit?
As per TREE within 2 business days from execution of contract Earnest money to be delivered to the Title company. Buyers can not wait 10 days to deposit the Earnest money(it would pass 2 business days for sure).
How long does it take to get escrow deposit back?
The earnest money can be held in escrow during the contract period by a title company, lawyer, bank, or broker whatever is specified in the contract. Most U.S. jurisdictions require that when a buyer timely and properly drops out of a contract, the money be returned within a brief period of time, say, 48 hours.
Is the escrow deposit refundable?
Upon the close of escrow, the earnest money deposit is applied to the balance of the down payment. Like price and terms, the deposit amount is negotiable. That doesn't mean you can't get your deposit back or lose it, if you aren't careful. From the time you put up the deposit until you close escrow, a lot can happen.
How do I get my earnest money back from new construction?
In a resale contract, you get your earnest money deposit back. With a new construction contract written by the builder, you want to pay close attention to this scenario. If your loan falls through late in the building process the builder may keep the earnest money.
