I have found forms through PDFfiller that I could not locate anywhere else--wonderful tool! It's fairly intuitive, but there are some cumbersome issues related to printing--too many steps--could be simplified.

I have found that PDFfiller is very simple to use and offers quite the range of options. Matter of fact, to date, I have yet to figure out anything they don't offer that I would ask to be added. Quite a happy client!

To show or hide all margin, column, and ruler guides, choose View > Grids & Guides > Show/Hide Guides. To show or hide ruler guides on one layer only without changing the visibility of the layer's objects, double-click the layer name in the Layers panel, select or deselect Show Guides, and then click OK.
Using the Selection tool, select a frame, or using the Type tool, click inside the text frame or select text. Choose Object > Text Frame Options. Specify the number of columns, the width of each column, and the spacing between each column (gutter) for the text frame.
Go to the “Pages” menu and double-click the page you want to open. Select the text area where you want to add columns. Go to the “Layout” menu. ... In the “Columns” window, enter the number of columns you want. You also can add columns from the “Object” menu.
Click the Type tool in a cell. To add a column, position the cursor over the left or right side of the cell; to add a row, position it above the top or bottom. Hold down the mouse button, then press Option/Alt and drag. InDesign adds a row or column to the table.
Open the Pages panel (Window > Pages) and select the thumbnails for the pages you wish to change. Choose Layout > Margins and Columns. Enter values for Top, Bottom, Left, and Right Margins, as well as the number of columns and the gutter (the space between columns).
In page layout, the whitespace on the outside of the page (bounding the first and last columns) are known as margins; the gap between two facing pages is also considered a gutter, since there are columns on both sides.
Do one of the following: To change margin and column settings for one spread or page, go to the spread you want to change, or select one spread or page in the Pages panel. ... Choose Layout > Margins And Columns, specify the following options, and then click OK. Margins.
Margins are also a place to put the page numbers (known as folios) and publication information, in either the top or bottom margins of the page, outside the type area. While margins define the type area, they are not absolute.
