Design Mandatory Field Form: simplify online document editing with pdfFiller

When moving a work flow online, it's essential to get the right PDF editor that meets all your needs.

In case you hadn't used PDF file type for your documents before, you can switch anytime — it is easy to convert any file format into PDF. You can also make just one PDF to replace multiple files of different formats. It allows you to create presentations and reports that are both comprehensive and easy to read.

Though there are many PDFs editing solutions available, it’s hard to find one that covers the range of PDF editing features available, at a reasonable price.

Use pdfFiller to edit documents, annotate and convert them to other formats; add your e-signature and complete, or send out to others. All you need is in one browser tab. You don’t have to download or install any programs. It’s an extensive platform you can use from any device with an internet connection.

Use one of these methods to upload your form and start editing:

01
Drag and drop a document from your device.
02
Get the form you need from the catalog using the search field.
03
Open the Enter URL tab and insert the hyperlink to your sample.
04
Upload a document from the cloud storage (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, One Drive and others).
05
Browse the Legal library.

Once the document is uploaded, it’s saved and can be found in the “My Documents” folder.

Use powerful editing tools such as typing text, annotating, and highlighting. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud. Add images into your PDF and edit its layout. Collaborate with people to fill out the document and request an attachment. Add fillable fields and send for signing. Change a page order.

I have had to upgrade twice to professional and just did again so I could use the features. Billing does not show that the upgrades were put in place.

A "Must have" business software. I am a partner in a CPA firm. We regularly receive emails loaded with "pdf" attachments. It's a pain to open and print each one. PDFiller makes the process as simple as can be. Simple to use. You literally drag all your "pdf" files into PDFiller and hit the merge key. Works like a charm, every time. Really can't think of anything that I don't like about the software.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Provide the required text in the label. Provide a graphic * image in the label with appropriate alt text. Providing a star (asterisk) symbol. Use of color to identify if a form control is required. Providing HTML5 and ARIA required attributes.
Most designers use asterisks to indicate the required fields. But it is necessary to stop, the research on the subject is clear, and it is already the case for quite some time, used asterisks for the required field is a common mistake.
Mandatory fields are questions that must be answered before the form can be submitted. Mandatory fields are also called compulsory or required fields. The opposite of a mandatory field is an optional field. Optional fields are also sometimes called voluntary fields.
A web form, also called an HTML form, is an online page that allows for user input. It is an interactive page that mimics a paper document or form, where users fill out particular fields. Web forms can be rendered in modern browsers using HTML and related web-oriented languages.
Asterisk (*) next to a form control's label usually indicates it as “required”.
HTML does not recognize required. There are JavaScript libraries used for form/field validation that look for required and other things like val_email, val_number, etc. But, HTML doesn't use any of these things on its own. In this case, you have to validate the data with JavaScript by yourself.
