I've tried a lot of online PDF programs, which have been extremely slow or not as advertised. PDFfiller is by far the best online PDF editing program on the market. With all the of available features, it made the decision to purchase this one over others that are similar very easy. The program is very easy to use. Some of the chrome extensions took some time to work properly but the support desk was helpful. I'd recommend this program.

Recommended screen resolution for web design for desktop So going with a design file resolution that's 1440px or 1920px wide is a great start.
Using Hardware Pixels to Design a Responsive Website When designing a responsive website, we suggest you use 3 different sizes: 1) For a regular desktop, use the width of 1200 pixels, 2) for an iPad the format is 768 × 1024 pixels and 3) for an iPhone 5 the format is 320 × 568 pixels.
Page height, width and alignment Before smartphones and tablets became popular, web designers created fixed width pages that worked on the most common screen sizes — usually 1024 pixels wide by 768 pixels high.
According to the latest data from StatCounter, 1366×768 screens just surpassed 1024×768 as the most popular screen resolution used by the visitors to StatCounter's global network of sites. Three years ago, 1024×768 still accounted for almost 42% of all visitors to the roughly three million sites that use StatCounter.
Before smartphones and tablets became popular, web designers created fixed width pages that worked on the most common screen sizes — usually 1024 pixels wide by 768 pixels high.
Using Hardware Pixels to Design a Responsive Website Simple, because a 1920 × 1080 is the most common HD desktop size, the regular size iPad is a common tablet size and the iPhone 5 is the smallest size you should be designing for.
Image width The dimensions of the original image you upload to your site can have a big impact on how it displays. We recommend using images that are between 1500 and 2500 pixels wide. Images smaller than 1500 pixels may appear blurry or pixelated when they stretch to fill containers, such as banners.
Breakpoints are the point a which your sites content will respond to provide the user with the best possible layout to consume the information. When you first begin to work with Responsive Design you will define your breakpoints at the exact device widths that you are looking to target.
You need a minimum of 3 breakpoints one for each type of device (mobile, tablet, and desktop). There is no universal set of breakpoints or best practices, however you should use at least 4 breakpoints for the most device flexibility (see illustration).
Pick major breakpoints by starting small, then working up Design the content to fit on a small screen size first, then expand the screen until a breakpoint becomes necessary. This allows you to optimize breakpoints based on content and maintain the least number of breakpoints possible.
